Over the past few seasons, we have had great success in supporting the opportunity for a number of players to stay in England for a few months, whilst travelling and seeing the Country and some of Europe, alongside playing for the club, and being involved withing our Coaching team. We have had players from South Africa, Australia, Pakistan, Brazil, Chile and Argentina involved in this programme. We can offer housing and food in return for 10 hours of coaching per week and playing at the club, and if travel visas allow, can also find additional work for the right coaches. Whilst we are keen to get strong players over, this opportunity is far more about supporting the development of our coaching programme, particularly with regards to our juniors, and hence we are primarily looking for fluent (or very good) English speakers, who have several years of experience in coaching (ideally players aged 8-16).
Offerings
Accommodation
We have a house available for any overseas players to stay in - this will have your own bedroom, and then a shared bathroom, kitchen, lounge and garden. You will share with players from other Countries who will be in England for the same reason - playing, coaching and the opportunity to travel.
Compensation
The costs of your food and drink will be covered for the duration of your stay.
Coaching opportunities
We expect 10 hours of coaching at the club and in local schools in return for the costs of food and housing. There may also be opportunities for additional coaching if travel visas allow.
Job
As mentioned above, we can support with additional coaching work IF your travel visa allows you to be paid.
Flight
We can offer to help with the costs of flights in return for additional coaching on top of the 10 hours per week we ask for in return for your food and housing.
Vehicle
All players are provided with bicycles to get around locally (the house is a couple of miles from the club) and then club members will be happy to collect players from the house as much as we can for training and matches.

The Ladies section has grown significantly in recent years, with the aim to have 5 sides out next season, and the 1s have moved up 2 divisions in the last 3 years. We are keen to support our talented juniors by offering excellent coaching and also bringing in some strong players, as well as provide work opportunities for anyone who is able to earn money whilst working in England. Therefore any player must have good to excellent English. With the ongoing challenges of Covid-19, we are obviously more interested in those players that would be able to travel to England with the least amount of quarantining time and cost, but are happy to consider players from other Countries if they are the right fit for the club.
