Upminster Hockey Club are looking to appoint a coach for the Ladies 1st team playing in East Prem for the 2021/22 season. Upminster HC Ladies 1st team are looking to appoint a new coach for the 2021/22 season. We will be playing in East Prem and have a strong team with talented youth players coming through. We would very much welcome a coach who would be looking to implement their skills, develop the team and work with us over a number of seasons. The role is a great opportunity for an ambitious coach looking to develop their skills to a high level. The coach will be responsible for one training session a week with the ladies 1st & 2nd teams and attending all 1st team fixtures. You will need a minimum UK Level 2 coaching qualification or at least working towards this qualification or equivalent. Upminster Hockey Club is an established club within Essex and supports 6 ladies sides, 5 mens sides and one of the largest youth sections in Essex.

    We are looking for a Player Coach (Coach also considered) You will: Previously played at a National or Regional Premier level. Must be able to Commit to the full programme of Training and Matches from pre season to end of the season. Lead the delivery of training sessions for the Men's 1st and 2nd XI training. Develop/devise formation and tactics to be used by both teams. Work with the club coaching director to target the development of junior players into the 1st XI, suggest players ready for 2nd XI exposure etc.
