Wakefield HC, one of the largest and most successful clubs in England, is looking to appoint a Head Coach to join our Performance Coaches panel and help drive The Wakey Way strategy over the next few years. We’re looking for a new head coach to take our Men’s 1st team forward after gaining English National League status again. Our club was an Olympic training base in 2012 for the Chinese national team and our facilities both on and off the pitch are second to none in England with future plans in place to open our own indoor centre between both our 2 water-based pitches. With such high standard facilities and quality throughout the club in mind, we are looking for a coach with: • A track record of success, ideally within a performance environment. • good video analysis experience to develop player and team performance • excellent leadership, man management and organisations skill We offer a highly competitive package and a chance to help form the future strategy for the club. There are opportunities for the coach to join the Regional Performance Centre programmes. You will be joining a club that does not stand still. We work hard. We play hard. We socialise hard.
