Servette HC is looking for a Head Coach for our Men 1 to start in February 2025 for the second half of the outdoor season. The goal is to build on a good foundation, have an exciting run for the play-offs in June 2025 and also build the basis for the seasons ahead. We would like to hire a new coach for at least 2.5 years who could also become a staff member for the whole club and junior section. Please find a short job description below: • Head Coach and Trainer for Men 1 • Training and coaching the team during official championship, incl. preparation and friendly matches • Analyzing games, the team and steering individual players incl. video analysis • Building a homogenous team with the best spirit • Participate in organizing events within the club to enforce relationship between Men’s 1 team and the rest of the club • (Assistant of the) Technical Director: organization of the juniors section, training the trainers and coaches, assisting in strengthening the structure of the club. Assure the quality of training sessions at all levels. Depending on the needs, be trainer/coach of a junior team. Skills: excellent communication - strong organization - leadership - proactive - inspiring. Languages: French and English ideally. Swiss or EU passport Offer: Full-time salary (50-60k chf/year), stimulating hockey environment, great experience and career development. After the first half of the season, Servette Men 1 is 4th in the championship and does well with young talent and experienced players. Indoor (ends already in December 2024) the Men are coached by one of our former star players.
