Let’s reveal the teams competing in the 2021 EHL. It is a special year as not only the men will be competing but it is the first-ever EHL in which the woman’s teams will also be playing for the championship. This year there will be 4 teams competing over the Easter weekend in both the woman and men’s competition. In the women's division, the four teams that will be playing for the first-ever women’s EHL title will be Club de Campo Madrid (Spanish), AH&BC Amsterdam (Dutch), HC ‘s-Hertogenbosch (Dutch) and der Club an der Alster (German).
The men’s teams are HC Bloemendaal (Dutch), Atletic Terrassa HC (Spanish), Royal Leopold HC (Belgian) and HTC Uhlenhorst Mülheim (German). On Saturday the 3rd of April the teams will start their first games. This is a semi-final for all teams. The games on day one are straight knockout games. This means that the two men’s teams and women's teams to win will go directly to the final on Monday the 5th of April. The losing teams will play each other on Sunday the 4th of April for the bronze medal. Get ready for an action-packed weekend of hockey!
