The European Club Cup, which was the tournament format before the EHL, was won 16 times by them out of a total of 20 times. They will be hungry to win the first-ever EHL woman’s title. This team is consistent in what they do which led to winning 12 Club Cup competitions in succession from 2000 - 2011. Two very good strikers from the Dutch National team, Lidewij Welten and Frédérique Matla, will be providing action upfront. Within the build-up, Margot van Geffen, Ireen van den Assem and Marloes Keetels will be the foundation pushing this team forward.
Raoul Ehren’s will lead the team into his first and last EHL for Den Bosch as he will retire from his position as he takes on the new challenge of coaching the Belgium Women’s national team. After 12 years at the club, he will surely want to see his team walk away with the trophy.
