The last European Club Cup, which was the tournament format before the EHL, was won by Amsterdam women's team. They have won the title 15 times prior to this year. They will be led onto the field by captain Eva de Goede who was awarded FIH Player of the year in 2018 and 2019. Adding to the team are intentional Dutch players Lauren Stam, Anne Veenendaal. Marijn Veen and Maria Verschoor.
They have some great talent who are stepping up and adding greatly to the team. This team is extremely strong and will be gunning for that final. They will be facing Den Bosch who play in the same league in Holland. Currently, they are one point ahead of ‘s-Hertogenbosch but they have played one more game than them. Both teams who are top of the Dutch league will display a great game. The desire and drive to win on the day by both teams will be felt throughout the whole game and you will not want to miss it.
